Information you send
The contact form prepares an email draft in your browser and does not automatically send your information to us. When you choose to send an email, we receive the details you include, such as your name, email address, product preferences and message. We use them to respond and help with your enquiry or order.
Your saved list
Your enquiry list stores product references and quantities in local storage on this device. It does not store payment details. Remove items from the list or clear this website’s data in your browser to delete the saved selection. If storage is disabled, the list can be used for the current visit but may not survive navigation or reload.
Website services
This site does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Photography and fonts are served with the website. The hosting service may process ordinary connection details, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and secure the site. Your email provider processes messages you send according to its own practices.
Purchase channels
If an order is completed through another platform, that platform handles the information you provide under its own privacy policy. This website does not provide an online payment checkout or collect payment card details.
